The Information and Command Centres (CICs) use the COMPA application (Mutualised Operational Mapping of the Agglomeration Police) to monitor and share law enforcement operations in real time and in advance. COMPA is thus at the heart of decision support at the tactical and strategic levels. It is used on a permanent basis, particularly during demonstrations or major events.
